User comment: does not wish to register when no reply needed from operator

Feedback: "I composed a message to signal delays/disruptions on the London bus
91 while the TfL website claims there are `no relevant disruptions'

 After composing this message your website states that prior to
 reporting a problem one needs to create an account. This amounts to
 tricking people into something who just wanted to flag up a
 problem."

But TfL will want to respond to them.

We need them to confirm who they are and that their email address works.

User comment: "why is it necessary to make an account, I don't see the need.
I would prefer to make reports anonymously - as with FixMyStreet."
