Suggestions re: higher conversion rate

Feedback from Carl, about reducing bouncerate from BusChecker app visitors:

  • Reassurance about how peoples personal details will be stored/used
  • Hammering home the up-sides of reporting issues, e.g. you can make a difference.
  • Clarification over what the site is and how it works?

We need something simple to do this.

The first one - We need your details so that we can help you, contact you with any news and assist with getting your issue fixed.

The second one can be something like - People like you have fixed issues like yours before. Gets yours sorted with FixMyTransport.

The third one - We ask you to tell us where you are and what your issue is. We then use this information to send this information to the relevant authority and ask them to respond.
