Allow no message after replying to an email

After replying to an email from the operator, a box comes up asking if you would like to leave a message - the only button is 'yes'.

If you've left a message before sending the email, or if the email itself is very self explanatory, then this just encourages bloat in the history. In order to avoid this, I clicked somewhere else to get past the compose a message box, but it would be much nicer to be able to click 'No Thanks'.
