Clearer display of status and updates (if any) in questionnaire

The current problem status should be clearly shown and the updates part of the questionnaire could be larger, and should have text like "No updates have been left" if there are none.

When I was sent this questionnaire my first thought was to wonder if anything had happened since I reported the problem, so this was the first thing I looked for on the page. As well as the current status (open, closed).

For me the current status and updates would have been much more important than the map - which could have been below them, or much less tall.
