Options:

• Retain a mailbox for incoming mail and have someone screen and fwd it periodically
• Forward campaign mails to the relevant user via a script with a header telling them to respond directly
• Bounce incoming campaign mail with a message telling people to get in touch if they need to contact a campaign user, and giving them a support mail address.
