You need Python 3 (seriously, who is still using Python 2?)
$ python3 -m venv env
$ source env/bin/activate
$ pip install -r requirements.txtYou also need to create a Twitter developer account and a Newsapi account.
Before starting the app you need to set the following environment variables:
export TWITTER_CONSUMER_KEY=<secret>
export TWITTER_BEARER_TOKEN=<secret>
export TWITTER_CONSUMER_SECRET=<secret>
export NEWS_API_KEY=<secret>Then you can start the app:
python3 main.py
