Install

Post annotate comment to major/minor version changing at Gemfile.lock of pull request.
Env
MAJOR_VERSION_COMMENT - comment for major version change (Default: ":eyes: major version is changed")
MINOR_VERSION_COMMENT - comment for minor version change (Default: ":eyes: major version is changed")
