New version for the main Website using Elm

Requirements

Note:

If you've run this project on 0.17 it is recommended to remove the elm-stuff directory and run elm package install again.

• Install Elm architecture

Running the site

First make sure you install all packages by running npm install

• gulp: Runs the default task to build and serve the local site
• gulp deploy: deploys to GH pages
• gulp test: Runs the tests
