Vagrant file to boot an ubuntu server with snesdtc/dtb installed.
Once up, you can type pvsl in any folder to install PVSNESLIB files in it.
All tools needed by PVSNESLIB Makefile are available (wla-dx, 816-tcc, snesbrr, etc...) since installed in /usr/local/bin.
