Tag repository for Hacktoberfest

Hello,
This year, Hacktoberfest re-decided that repositories need to opt-in their participation.
To opt-in, a repository needs to have "hacktoberfest" topic (e.g. the ones that currently read as "nabaztag").
It would be nice if nabaztag2018/pynab repository would add such topic.
