Feature: Allow default joysticks to be configurable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now the joysticks are hard-coded so that drive forward and turn are on the right-stick, and head-tilt FR and LR are on the left stick, and back sticks are head turn and flywheel respectively.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be awesome if via constants the user could easily define the sticks mapping, so they could have drive on right and turn on left (like in automation mode).
