Hello @bkmgit I assume the bot you are referring to is the telegram bot maintained by @jasonrogena ?
I haven't put work into this one in a long time but if you're willing to work on it and add any integrations that would be appreciated. I won't have the time in the near future though.

Matterbridge written in Go has many integrations, including Whats App, but no QQ or Wechat.
