Intro

This is a Reach chat application

Make sure you have the latest node.js installed on your computer

Setup:

  • To Get started , Open the terminal in your workspace folder and run :
  - cd desktop
  - git clone https://github.com/namumakwembo/react-chat 
  - cd react-chat 
  - cp .env.example .env
  - cd client 
  - npm i && npm start
  - cd..
  - cd server
  - npm i && npm start

Finally add the stream keys to the .env file Also goto /client/src/App.jsx and update the const apiKey = '';
