Instructions:

• To Use: type /traffic. Only police will be allowed to execute this command. An error message will be displayed if they are not
• In addition, a hotkey is another option. If non-police press this, nothing will happen and no error message will be dispayed
• If you would like to edit the hotkey, find the keycode here and edit the menu_client.lua
