URL Aliases require UI Apply

Hi!
I have configured URL aliases for host, using the Spamhaus Drop list.
It is possible to configure the Aliases, however they are not been loaded by default.
By testing with pfTables it is possible to see that until a change is applied using the UI on aliases the URLs will not be downloaded.
I guess the ansible task "reload" needs to include something else specific for Aliases, or at least for this kind of alias.
I have checked with other types of aliases such as fqdn hosts and they do not require this UI interation.
