An example repo that lab members can use to learn github (pull it down, add a little bit of R code, run, and push back up)
- Use github desktop to pull down the repo to your machine
- Open up the .Rproj file (it will open in R studio with the .R script file open).
- Add a bit of code to the .R file and run the script (instructions in the script).
- Check the figures directory to make sure your beer preferences were added to the list.
- Push the entire repo (directory) back up to github so the next person can pull it down.
Post to slack.
