Zebrafish Behaviour Tracking

Behavioural tracking software designed for analyzing videos of zebrafish behaviour. Written in Python. Contains a graphical user interface and utility functions for command line use.

Dependencies

• Python 3.6 or greater
• OpenCV
• Matplotlib
• NumPy
• PyQt5

Usage

After installing the necessary dependancies, cd to the directory and run the following code on the command line:

python main.py
