Add ImagingLevel3Segmentation to hdash

HMS and TNP SARDANA have submitted ImagingLevel3Segmentation.

This assay type is showing up in the top 'Metadata Files' table: http://htan_dashboard.surge.sh/HTA7.html

But there is also an error
- ImagingLevel3Segmentation is not yet supported by the Dashboard. Please notify Ethan to update the code!
so opening this ticket in case additional modifications are needed to support

@adamjtaylor the dashboard currently supports ImagingLevel3. Is ImagingLevel3Segmentation a specific kind of ImagingLevel3?

For example, will there be multiple ImagingLevel3 subtypes or just Segmentation?

The data model includes

  • ImagingLevel3Image
  • ImagingLevel3Channels
  • ImagingLevel3Segmentation

We only have ImagingLevel3Segmentation submitted to date

@adamjtaylor @clarisse-lau This is now fixed. Deploying now, and you should see ImagingLevel3 options integrated under HMS at: http://htan_dashboard.surge.sh/HTA7.html. Running now, and will be deployed in ~10 minutes.
