To restyle (code) the menu bar and the sliding menu.

Sliding menu available at ncl-ROVers/surface#51. We want it to be open-able via a typical 3 line menu icon - matching the colour style. It should be closable via a x-button top right courner, maybe?

For the bar separating it with a single line on the bottom is fine - However the temporary buttons with text should be removed, and proper buttons added (3 line menu and exit for now).

We are looking for something like this - but matching the colour style.

This issue has a little bit of what the colour schema could be.
