A lightly-antialiased 6x13-pixel bitmap font, with full CP-1252 coverage, most of the DEC special graphics characters, and some other box drawing characters.
Based in part on the Mullard SAA5050 font and smoothing algorithm, with tweaks to take advantage of the extra height.
