If you don't have Golang, download it.
Clone the repo, execute go build. Then, modify buggedstick.config.EXAMPLE.go and remove EXAMPLE from it name.
Run the generated file, for example "./buggedstick.exe"
Make sure you respect limitations of your mail service.
