finish and migrate .matchParentTaxa() to aqp

This and the resulting database should be migrated to aqp or related package.
This function will accept soil order / suborder / great group / subgroup labels and re-construct the ST hierarchy with 99% accuracy. The following taxa have to be manually adjusted:
