Household and individual name format

1. We need to make sure that household and individual ID's are automatically generated and become fixed i.e. they cannot be changed. Also I was wondering whether we can modify the formula used to generate these as follows:

a. household ID = Village name + Researcher ID + order of visit (e.g. NongdomShaktiLamba01, where Nongdom is the village name)
b. Individual ID = Village name + Researcher ID + order of visit + individual number (e.g. NongdomShaktiLamba0101)
