(now pre-alpha) requirements
- Install WebStorm (recommended)
- You should install Cocos2d-JS v3.1 http://www.cocos2d-x.org/wiki/Getting_Started_Cocos2d-JS
- You need configure cocos (run setup.py from framework root and follow instructions). Don't forget about PATH system var, Android SDK and NDK for Android built and etc.
