1)Install requirement.txt file to install all required libraries inside your enviornment. 2)python notebook file contains classification code which you can use to test result of classifier on local machine. 3)app.py is main file by which you can run whole end to end project. It will automatically take you to browser page where UI can be seen. 4)procfile is necessary for deployment on heroku.(You can deploy on your local machine as well using pycharm or VS code)
