The goal of linkET
is to visualize simply and directly a matrix
heatmap based on ‘ggplot2’.
You can install the released version of linkET
from
GitHub with:
# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("Hy4m/linkET", force = TRUE)
packageVersion("linkET")
This is a basic example which shows you how to solve a common problem:
library(linkET)
