Local Build

- Save to new folder.

- Build using Particle CLI command 'particle compile photon . --saveTo firmware.bin'

- Upload 'firmware.bin' to Photon using USB cable and DFU mode:

- hold SETUP button on RESET until blinking YELLOW

- Send 'particle flash --usb firmware.bin'
