Allow NeSI modules to be loaded in rstudio terminal

Even if modules can be loaded in the container, this is not working within rstudio. The module command is accessible in the terminal but not able to list any module. This is partially due to MODULEPATH not being properly being propagated, but I am not sure this is the only missing variable...
