/mgc-matlab

a repo containing the code for mgc in matlab

Primary LanguageTeXApache License 2.0Apache-2.0

The code is the Matlab version for fast, powerful, and universally consistent independence testing.
It implements Multiscale Graph Correlation and Distance Correlation for a number of metric and kernel choices (in particular, it also computes the Hilbert-Schmidt Independence Criterion)
It is able to test independence, do k-sample testing, do partial test, and do feature screening.

The R version is available on CRAN and https://github.com/neurodata/r-mgc.
The Python version is available on PyPi and https://github.com/neurodata/hyppo.
