Xilinx ISE project file located at zxuno_v4. You should be able to build a valid bitstream by just loading this project into Xilinx ISE 14.7 and double clicking "Generate bitstream". It takes about 4 minutes on a modest PC (Pentium Dual G4400 @ 3.3GHz, 16GB RAM)
