1 - Clone this project with netbeans
2 - Compile it
3 - Edit javaplugin.properties with the required changes (follow the instructions specified there)
4 - Run server64 if you're on a 64bit windows or server32 if you're on a 32bit windows ( for linux use the mpsvrrel executables )
