Description of the bug
The current pipeline version doesn't work with syfpeithi and mouse alleles:
WARNING - PREDICTION (syfpeithi 1.0) - No model found for H-2-Db with length 9
Thought the test_mouse with syfpeithi and this particular mouse allele worked before, but not sure.
This needs to be checked, was something changed in this context? It would be good to use syfpeithi as soon as possible for some full-size tests to reduce the required compute resources.
(since the test_mouse uses the protein download path, which anyway doesn't work currently, it probably didn't attract attention recently)
