Description of the bug
With the DSL2 conversion MultiQC was added again, but it contains only the software versions, which are also provided in the software_versions.yml file.
One can think again if it could be used for any QC, otherwise we should remove this again, make sure the listing tests do not fail and also remove the MultiQC section from the output.md.
