Description of feature
Use Case: testing to see if programs in directRNA protocols works
Reason: Spending a lot of time troubleshooting errors only to realize that the issue lies with the packaged tool. Or at least that a particular tool won't work in the current/nextflow environment.

Nanopolish, xpore, m6anet, bambu, stringtie, DESeq2, and DEXSeq
