This is a simple PM2.5 particulate monitor built with the Adafruit KB2040 and the Cubic PM1003 particulate sensor.
- Ensure the KB2040 is running CircuitPython 9.x
- Copy the entire contents of
app/to the device - Connect the Cubic PM1003 to the KB2040 pins:
- PM1003 ground to any ground pin on KB2040
- PM1003 5V to RAW pin on KB2040
- PM1003 RX to A2 pin on KB2040
- PM1003 TX to A3 pin on KB2040
- Power the KB2040 via USB
Both the Cover and the Tray are printable without supports. The cover should be printed upside down with the opening toward the extruder. The Tray should be printed broad side down. I sliced this using Cura with adaptive layers enabled to help with printing the holes and round surfaces.
