This is a collections of scripts that are useful for setting up and working with ABBA.
- download_all.bat download QuPath, Fiji, ABBA and related extensions.
- cells_in_regions.groovy performs cell detection, loads morphed Allen regions from ABBA, inserts cells into the regions hierarchy, performs subcellular spot detection and exports the data.
