This is an wicd-1.7.2.4 package for Raspberry Pi. If you don't have connection to internet with your RPi, you can download it, copy to RPi root, using a pendrive to transfer, then sudo tar -zxvf wicd-1.7.2.4.linux-armv6l.tar.gz. Use sudo wicd-curses after installation.
