This project is part of my bachelor thesis at the University of Konstanz. The project is a collaboration with Etienne Lein and Dr. Alex Jordan from the Lab for the Evolution of Social and Adaptive Behaviour and the Max-Planck Institute for Ornithology. The provided behaviour data of cichlids is derived from BORIS, an event-logging software.
The website to analyze animal behaviour data is available at https://analyze-behavior.herokuapp.com/. Different networks may be generated and parameterized by the user (behavioural biologist)
- Data inspection
- Transition probability network
- Trajectory plot
The website offers functionality to download and compare different transition probability networks with different graph measures
