Inline display of images

With the current function, the display is performed using OpenCV in a new window. The window needs to be closed and every time we have to run those cells to peek on past results.

Replace the current deployment by matplotlib.pyplot display features. It can display inline, which will be very convenient for quick reference and knowledge sharing.
