Description

An app that lets a user view, create, and track daily workouts. Items to track include the exercise name, the weight, sets, reps, duration, and/or distance traveled.

Installation

No installation is necessary to use this app.

Usage

To create a new workout, click on New Workout. Enter the type (Resistance or Cardio) then enter all relevant information then click Complete. To view previous workouts, click Dashboard.

Credits

This app was completed using previously built code by curriculum writers for the University of Denver Full Stack Flex boot camp.
