Social Buzz is a fictional social media platform where anonymous users interact with content using reactions. There are over 100 ways that users can react to content. Social Buzz emphasis trending content over individual users as the forefront of user feeds.
Social Buzz has reached over 500 million monthly users and need help scaling their plaform to meet the demands of its users. Every day over 100,000 pieces of content, ranging from text, images, videos and GIFs are posted.
The focus of this project is to provide an analysis of Social Buzz's big data practices, analyze their content categories and highlight top 5 most popular categories among users, and provide a recommendation based on findings.
