Installing:
  - Install statsend (or jstatsend) on remote machines
  - Make the servers.db file writable by your webserver user
  Optional:
    - copy "index.php" to your public website directory
    - copy the rest to "/usr/local/status" and update the config url
  - Use "modify.php" to modify the database, examples:
    - php modify.php --add --uid=<uid> --hostname=<hostname> --provider=<provider> --node=node
    - php modify.php --delete=<uid>
    - php modify.php --disable=<uid>
    - php modify.php --enable=<uid>
Updating:
  - Move your database to a different file (Like servers.db.old)
  - Download the new database into the same directory as modify.php
  - Run modify.php like so: php modify.php --convert=servers.db.old
  - Use any SQLite program to insert keys (Can be a password but has to be unique per machine!) to enable statsend
