Chrome extension to customize Basecamp notifications.
Download, go to chrome extensions page, enable developer mode and load the extension.
Open Basecamp in chrome, the extension will enable itself. When the notification appears, the sound will be played and the extension icon will change. When you click on the extension icon, the Basecamp window/tab will focus.
