Botany Map

Processing script and map to help display sorted images from a botany expedition. Currently hard-coded to the sierras and specific boechara species.

To use:

  1. Put your images in folder structure images/speciesname
  2. Run docker-compose run app
  3. Run python3 -m http.server and navigate to http://localhost:8000 or use features.csv
