kubetoken issues temporary certificates for access to Kubernetes clusters.

Deploying kubetoken involves two steps.
- deploying kubetokend as a kubernetes service
- distributing the kubetoken cli tool.
Pull requests, issues and comments welcome. For pull requests:
- Do not submit a pull request without an accompanying issue. All pull requests must include an
UpdatesorFixesline. - Add tests for new features and bug fixes.
- Follow the existing style.
- Separate unrelated changes into multiple pull requests.
