run 3x-ui-windows.exe

Information

Default config panel

username : admin

password : admin

port : 2053

Open browser http://127.0.0.1:2053

Security

After logging in be sure to change panel username, password and port.

path = bin/x-ui.db

Note: you can change the password from panel too.

Windows firewall

allow xray-windows-amd64.exe & allow 3x-ui-windows.exe

Get SSL

you can use fake cert inside self_certificate to bypass GFW censorship or make your own certificate using openssl.exe client must check "allow Insecure" to accept these certificate because its not authorized by Root-CA
