where can i exactly get my api keys because last time when i was using api key for my work it said that i exceeded my limit , so is there any way to get free api?

I don't know a way to get free APIs. This repository requires usage of OpenAI and SerpAPI api keys.

so u purchased the api? i mean if u could give me any helpful documentation or yt video explaining how to get OpenAI and SerpAPI api keys!
