RNeo4jPlot

This package will provide a simple plot function for plotting graphs stored in Neo4j graph database. It depends on the following packages -

  • igraph package on CRAN
  • RNeo4j package on github

Usage

Pass the Neo4j graph object (mandatory) and optional node property to be used for node label, optional relationship property to be used for edge label.
