Table S1

Table S1 consists of all metadata information about the SRA samples extracted from BioProject PRJNA639066 and used in the performance evaluation of Setu against 5 other pipelines.

Table S2

Table S2 contains detailed QUAST statistics of each SRA file assembled by ABySS, HaVoC, IDBA-UD, MEGAHIT, Setu and TAR-VIR.
