Feature Request: Parallax Scrolling

It would be nice to be able to set up icon, title and image on different parallax lvl and being able to adjust % of parallax effect/distance.

Now this one I'm actually not sure if it's possible or not, because of how and where the banner elements are inserted via Obsidian's API. It would definitely be an experimental thing if it is doable, but I'll get back to you on this when I get the 2.0 refactor out of the way
